This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through https://www.lindariverawealthprotection.com and applies to the 90-Day Financial Reset program and any related coaching services, programs, or digital materials offered by Linda Rivera | Wealth & Protection (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read it carefully before enrolling.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our services — which provide immediate access to proprietary coaching, one-on-one time, educational frameworks, worksheets, and digital resources — ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, in whole or in part, once enrollment is completed. This applies regardless of whether you attend your coaching sessions, complete the assignments, or use the materials provided. By enrolling, you understand that you are purchasing a non-refundable service.

No Guarantee of Results

Our program is educational and coaching in nature. Your results depend entirely on your own commitment, participation, effort, follow-through, and individual circumstances. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific financial or other outcome. A lack of results, dissatisfaction with your own progress, or a change of mind is NOT grounds for a refund.

Your Acknowledgment

By submitting payment and enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that: (1) you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy; (2) you are purchasing a non-refundable service; (3) you have had the opportunity to review the program details before purchasing; and (4) no verbal or written statement by any representative overrides this Policy.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or transaction reversal with your bank or card issuer in violation of this Policy. Because you expressly agreed to these terms at the time of purchase, any such chargeback or dispute is considered a breach of this agreement.

In the event of a wrongful chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to: (1) contest and dispute it, providing documentation of your agreement to this Policy and evidence of the services and access provided; (2) immediately suspend or permanently revoke your access to the program and all materials; and (3) recover any fees, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred as a result, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing concern before contacting your card issuer.

Cancellation

You may choose to discontinue your participation at any time. However, discontinuing participation does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid. If you enrolled through a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full agreed-upon amount unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

Billing Errors

If you believe a genuine billing error has occurred (for example, a duplicate charge), please contact us within seven (7) days of the transaction. We will review verified billing errors and, at our sole discretion, correct any error that is confirmed. This provision applies only to demonstrable billing errors and does not create any right to a refund of validly completed purchases.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or waive any rights that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law. Where applicable law grants you a non-waivable right, this Policy applies only to the fullest extent permitted.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
